Scope of Work:

Site demolition such as chain-link fence and existing trees. Removal and installation for parking lots such as removal of existing pavement slab, concrete walkway and provide compacted basecourse and asphalt after. Installation of all underground utilities such as waterline system, sewer and drainage system, and underground electrical. Provide new soccer goal. Relocation of 4 units temporary classroom. Demolition of classrooms, offices and cafeteria, restroom at teacher lounge and office. Restoration of all demolished classroom. Construction of new reinforced concrete classroom building, reinforced concrete ramp and construction of mechanical works.
