Scope of Work:

The project proposes to construct a new 2-story parking structure on the space currently used for surface parking behind the Guam Plaza Hotel (GPH) and Rotary Sushi complex. The project consists of:

  1. Three levels of parking garage, surface parking area and related site work

  2. A new private access road from the parcel to the upper Pale San Vitores Road

  3. Landscaping

  4. Installation of plumbing system

  5. Installation of electrical utilities, power and lighting system
