Scope of Work:

To construct the continuity and same look of the existing structure similar in construction materials used in Macy's Men's and Children Department except the roof and second floor slabs with 4" concrete topping on pre-cast double tee rather than post tension (P/T). Waterproofing will be provided to the exterior walls that are below grade. Further scope of works included: painting, installation of electrical, air conditioning, storefront door, and asphalt paving for additional parking lot & landscaping.
